Our Story
Tahiti, New Caledonia, Las Vegas...
These destinations have shaped our journey and enriched our expertise through experiences with some of the world's most distinguished personalities. Thanks to our luxury concierge service and fully tailored offerings, we have had the honor of assisting artists such as Dave and Charles Aznavour, as well as sports legends like Zinédine Zidane and Tony Parker, among many other international figures.
Today, this unique and valuable experience is reflected in our hotel and restaurant.
Véronique began her career aboard ocean liners, including the legendary Mermoz, before meeting her Tahitian husband, Fredo, upon her return to France.
Together, they founded and managed a luxury concierge company in Tahiti for more than twenty years, catering to the most demanding requests from a clientele that included American celebrities, public figures, and even presidents.
After several years of traveling between New Caledonia, France, and the United States, the couple had the opportunity to take over the Aptésien Hotel, allowing them to be closer to their daughter Adeline.
At our establishment, we speak English, Spanish, French, Tahitian, German, and Arabic. When their three daughters and their husbands gather together, Véronique likes to say:
"It's the Benetton family."
In 2022, they opened Luberon Family, a warm and welcoming restaurant where world cuisine, family spirit, generosity, and authenticity come together in a cozy setting that perfectly reflects the personality and values of its owners.
